FAIRNESS, & courtesy
Candidate Bio
-
Judge Robert R. Aylsworth
earned his law degree from Indiana University School of Law in
Indianapolis Magna Cum Laude in the top ten percent of his
graduating class.
-
He is seeking re-election as
Warrick County Superior No. 2 Judge and has served in this
position since it first began on July 1, 1993.
-
In addition Judge Aylsworth
was admitted to Indiana U.S. District Court, U.S. Seventh
Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Tax Court to practice law.
Goals
-
Judge Robert Aylsworth's goals
remain the same for both himself and his hard-working and
dedicated staff, that being to continue to handle their high
volume and high pressure court with as much efficiency,
fairness, and courtesy to all those they serve as much as they
possibly can. And to this end they will continue to do this
every day.
-
Judge Aylsworth will
accomplish this by keeping current on the law and the best
practices to deal with and move our civil and criminal caseloads
as fairly and efficiently as possible. He will also
continue to try and control their budget and return funds to the
county treasury at the end of each year.
